Boussole stratégique du Hub IA
Le Comité de pilotage exécutif (ESG) est composé de représentants de haut niveau issus de partenaires institutionnels clés, notamment le ministère italien des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale, la Banque africaine de développement, l'UIT, la Commission européenne, ainsi que les gouvernements du Kenya et de l'Égypte.
L'ESG fournit des orientations stratégiques de haut niveau, soutient la mobilisation du réseau et promeut la mission du Hub IA sur les plateformes mondiales. Bien qu'il ne détienne pas d'autorité financière ou opérationnelle directe, l'ESG joue un rôle essentiel dans la définition de l'orientation générale et des efforts de plaidoyer du Hub IA.

Partenariats pour l'innovation en matière d'IA

The AI Hub for Sustainable Development operates through a multi-layered governance model that ensures strategic alignment, inclusive stakeholder participation, and adherence to the AI Hub’s founding vision of equitable and sustainable digital development.

Executive Steering Group (ESG)

The Executive Steering Group serves as the strategic compass of the AI Hub. It is composed of high-level representatives from key institutional partners, including the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the African Development Bank, ITU, the European Commission, and the governments of Kenya and Egypt.

The ESG provides high-level strategic guidance, supports network mobilization, and promotes the Hub’s mission on global platforms. While it does not hold direct financial or operational authority, the ESG plays a vital role in shaping the overall direction and advocacy efforts of the Hub.

The Private Sector Advisory Group connects the AI Hub to the dynamic realities of industry, innovation, and emerging technologies. Comprised of leading private sector and ecosystem actors from G7 and African countries, the group acts as a critical sounding board for the Hub’s strategy and programmes.

It offers insights on evolving market trends, industrial priorities, and scalable innovation pathways, helping ensure that the AI Hub’s initiatives remain responsive to the needs of both local and global economies.
